Jackie
Jaeger
Jackie leads Voon de Var's sales strategy and execution, including
client communications, product marketing, press relations,
sales support and demand generation.
Jackie brings 30
years of hospitality industry experience encompassing marketing,
event sales, restaurant management, hotel food and beverage
management, and destination management. Jackie's vast experience
with high profile venues and clients, wedding and social event
planning as well as corporations highlights her versatility.
She's held senior positions as National Sales Manager, PRA
Destination Management Chicago, Private Events Director, Pops
For Champagne, Private Dining Director, Gordon Restaurant
and Department Head of Room Service Mini Bars, Hotel 21 East.
In years prior, she greatly enjoyed waiting tables at Chicago
icons such as Harry's Café and Neiman Marcus Zodiac
Room.
Joseph
Lanter
As the Director of Operations, Joseph Lanter coordinates our
event execution from manifest coordination to dining and entertainment.
Joe is an 18-year veteran of the hospitality industry. His
experience runs from dishwasher to management on every scale
from Fritz's Wagon Wheel in Springfield, Illinois to Hilton
Hotels International. This variety of experience allows him
a simpatico response to every situation. His interest is to
provide you with the best possible experience while preparing
for every eventuality beforehand, thereby facilitating a seamless
experience which is indeed "Voon de Var."
Liz
Vogel
Liz is our graphics "guru," with a proven record
in graphic design, menu design, and web site development and
maintenance. She also adds that special creative touch to
personalize and provide unique and artistic décor for
both our partner restaurants and clients.
